Just rereading your last post on sunday...and trying to search my sharing bank to see if i can identify with you on how you may be feeling...

I have a rotating bank of worries..as soon as one is quelled another one pops up to fight...I write this to understand how it must feel always fighting addictions.

Fun is something im not good at..because i suppose if im off guard i think something will sneak up and catch me unawares that could take me down.

My heart and emotions want to be off guard but my head has now got to rule .

I guess sometimes it feels all work and no play and I am wondering if thats how you feel sometimes?

The word that popped into my head there was Simplify...getting pleasure out of simple things instead of the vices that have given a temporary high but kept us in chains...

Maybe Im spending too much tiime round buddhists but

these people always seem present and still ,when they talk they are really listening not just waiting for a gap in conversation to start talking...

Im pondering meditation to try and quieten this freakin racing brain.Wishing you lived closer cos I'd knock on to see if you fancied coming along.

Really pleased to hear from you Shiny, you sound like the old strength is returning, can't keep a good woman down. Keep busy, don't worry, you're surrounded by people who care about you.

I'll lend you my psychiatrist if you want, remember the one I kept locked up in my cellar. He's a bit skinny and desperate looking after all this time but marvellously reassuring. Seriously though, take care and just accept everything.

I knew that machine was a bargin Im so glad i haggled with that guy, he wanted to swap it for my magic beans but I palmed him off with the cow instead lol.

Its parked in the garage under cover but ready to go any time of the day or night should you need it. 🙂

And then yesterday I was toodling along in the middle lane No Helmet on my faithfull treader and along side me in the slow lane,was Well let me tell you a sight for sore eyes!! The shiiiinnnnyyyeeeessttt Car I ever saw, Even had rather than a spoiler a set of wings on the back!!!

And it was indicating to re-join the middle.

To a fanfare of applause and why?? Because simply great to have you back.
