U know the score u know what to do , there's no shame so dont feel ashamed , the huge steps ur taking in life and the stress and pressure that goes with it is enormous but u know in ur heart of hearts its the right thing to do , keep focussed on what's important and the slip is not as u well know is how we deal with it and u are doin just fine on that front been honest getting it out , what is important is to deal with what's goin on in ur life right now facing up to it , prioritise deal with what u can leave the rest till u can

Like u say it is was it is all part of our lives , we all live and learn and in the longterm this will make u a stronger person

Always here for u , its the least I can be for someone who has had a massive impact on my own recovery
