I've managed 2 days gambling out of 6 it's a start and in feeling better realising now though that have to get a period totally gamble free will get through weekend and report back massive test for me but I WILL do it you can wait and see ....

Bear its all in the head mate,i am a mile away from being solved of this horrible disease but what I will say is,deep in my head I wish to remain bet free until xmas then carry on from there.get it in your head mate its a total waste of time for gamblers like us because we can stop ever when we win.
