78 days is great , well done! On 58 myself. Like yourself I have kids 2 boys, the picture reminds me of the outfit I got for my wee lad last xmas! Ha ha , xmas is great for kids.

Just spending time with them and seeing them smile is priceless isnt it! Even more so when we dont have the guilt and lies of gambling floating around in our heads. Horrendous times which we dont want to go back to!

Keep abstaining

Thanks Sandra day 83 got to start looking closer to home for happiness trying to find the buzz or high in a pint glass not the answer realised that at weekend stopping gambling leaves behind a need for a high that's why I think we return to it most of the time, not going to happen this time to me and I'm certainly learning about myself which must be good, have great evening all x

Hi Bear,

83 days of winning, and you have hit one big button, we start to really learn about ourselves, whether it be good or bad, but we know the right and only choice to make for us and therefore our families, well done to you for staying strong and learning and getting wiser.

Hey bear, you said it - life is too precious to spend it being miserable and low. No more gambling and no more such feelings. Be proud, enjoy and make the most of it! Great achievement so far, never let your guard down, you so deserve this freedom you gifting yourself daily. keep up the good work. Sandra x

Hey bear,

86 days of being gamble free, be very proud, because you are doing this for you and your family.

Keep going one day at a time, and stay strong.
