I know it’s only been ten days since I last gambled. But I’m proud of myself as it’s the longest I’ve gone without playing since it had taken over and became an addiction. The best thing is that I don’t even want to play.

It may only be ten days but you have to start somewhere! You just gotta keep fighting it and before you know you'll be at 20 and 50 and 100 days.
