Well I'm back again guys...For the umpteenth time 🙁
Started a new topic and changed my name just feel it will help me out,
don't want everyone thinking oh here she is on here again,
Day three today it's been ok, actually self excluded online Aswell that makes me feel good about this new start.
in the last month I've Maxed my credit card up to 1000 and my overdraft up to its 1000 limit so I'm going to have to cut the cloth for a few months until it's paid :-/ I need to do this!! Never wanted anything so much in my life than I want this,
Find going out with the dog for long walks helps, so after kids went to school today I done all house work then went to mums and we went out... Being busy Really is the key and you never no I may lose some weight haha,
Anyway sorry for going on I hope you are all doing good in you're little journeys xx
Hi Andagain - Well done on taking positive steps i.e. self-exclusion. Have you also installed a blocking program (e.g. K9 - free and very good).
Having those barriers in place has really helped keep me on the straight and narrow.
You are right to keep busy - hopefully you will find you have more energy by giving up - I know that I used to stay up till all hours glued to the screen - madness!

Hi baggins thank you for you're reply means a lot, I had K9 on my laptop but I'm not sure if you can get it on iPads? I've self excluded with a lot of them and some of them are linked hope you're well? I hate me when I'm gambling a horrible person it drains all my happiness Andagain x
Day four....
been busy again today washing,gardening,walking my doggie kids, etc
had few low moment's but picked myself up I only have myself to blame 🙁 I'm going to fix my mess and pay everything back, hope you've all had a good positive day andagain x

It sounds like you have a number of really good things to do to take you away from gambling thoughts - that sounds like such a positive step to me. great you have dogs.
