Hi all!I am 5 days clean and need advice. Each day I wake up my chest is sore. Think just reflecting how terrible of me to gamble. Last month I was happy as had savings etc. I wanted to ask has anyone paid back their debt and how did I find doing so.

Hi,

Do you have debt on credit cards and loans?
My debt is huge (i even took out debt in my husband’s name without him knowing!) but we’ve gone through StepChange.

Don’t get too stressed over the debt, because it will only take you back to gambling as you’ll want to believe you can win it back!

Well done on the 5 days though, that’s amazing!

Claire x
