Thanks peoples.

Day off!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 😉 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

Spot the odd one out?? lol

Am back in the groove, trucking along the right path.

Todays aim is a little light exercise and then to turn my slurry pit of a flat into a flat with a little less slurry in it.

Happy days folks. No gambling.. S.A 🙂

P.s A slurry is a thin sloppy mud or cement or, in extended use, any fluid mixture of a pulverized solid with a liquid (usually water), often used as a convenient way of handling solids in bulk. Slurries behave in some ways like thick fluids, flowing under gravity and being capable of being pumped if not too thick.

Thanks both.

Well another running event chalked up. I done the great south 10 miler in 1 hour 21 mins. I reckon i could of got under 1 hour 20 if it wasn't for the fact that ya spend ya time weaving in and out of folk.

It was nice to see the family too. My nephew cried when i left as he usually does. Pulls on the old heart strings it does.

Some thoughts of a gamble on the way home but I kicked them into touch fairly easilly. Its daft in it... that despite everything ive put myself through over the years the gambling monster within is still lurking... alive and kicking e is.

It was hard to drag myself into work this morning. Depressed at the thought of helping others manage their feelings when am scarcely able to manage my own and then ya get up and its dark and ya go home in the dark. My depressive side is at its worse from now until the end of winter. Now the autumn runs are over I need to find myself something to look forward to. The monotony of work home work home work home work home is.. well... monotonous lol What the f*** did i do with the positive outlook hat??

Thats me folks... S.A

Two gambling events this year and for f*** sake it ain't gonna become three.

hey SA..

My family used to say my moods shifted when the clocks went back...and I got SAD..

It's weird cos i dont get it now..but have had a few convos about it this week alone...I know there is a swedish company that do a light box alarm clock that wakes you up with gradual light in the morning...as if it were summer.

Im not sure why this SAD thing stopped...but it did..

Good one on the running SA..you are dedicated for sure...

Someone oncetold me that the thing you do for a living is what you need to learn the most yourself..i reckon thats true for me anyways..my job is mainly about empowering people holistically with information to make their own choices.

Hi

A great diary, glad you kicked the gambling monster into touch. Keep up the good work and thanks for the advice you gave me earlier.
