Thanks for taking the time to post on my diary, your support is very much appreciated. I have just been catching up and it seems you are in a good place a the moment. Sometimes it is difficult for us to see how far we have come and as we tend to beat ourselves up for our mistakes in the past we then don't appreciate the changes we have made.

It is lovely to see you getting the rewards for all your hard work, think of all those presents you can buy compared to last year, that is true for me too. Don't forget to reward yourself as well, you deserve it!

Aren't kids great , reading ur last post can see the love and feelings u av for Madison and obviously how much she means to u , she plays a massive part in ur recovery just like my daughter does with me , how could we let them down for the future their future ! Its a massive motivation for us both to give them better lives

Why would want gambling to ruin that , the answer is we don't and more importantly we won't

I had a day off work 2day, it was soooo nice not getting up at stupid o clock even tho Maddison woke me up at 7 it is better than 5 🙂

Spent the day with Maddison, she really makes me smile 🙂 I am still feeling really posititve atm and no urges 2 gamble!

Hey Charl,

Seems like a few of us had the day off yesterday. I reckon we all did totally different things though. I mean take my day for instance I went round the shops abusing people for not respecting their elders, trying to hit them with the zimmer, throwing my slippers at them. Crazy day! Reminded me of when I was young like 28!

I reckon Carl ran a half marathon and then you prob just dreamed up ways to abuse me ;)!!

In all seriousness with the amount of hours of work you have been doing it must have been so great to spend the day with Maddison 🙂 your positivity is really shining at the moment and you know how much I like the positive!!

I was listening 2 my ipod on the way 2 work this morning and I heard the song I just posted . It made me think about gambling... how I thought I could not live without it and now I am doing ok .. So I thought I would post it on my diary!

I am still feeling really positive atm and I am looking 4ward 2 my work Christmas party on Fri 🙂
