I have not been feeling gr8 2day, I have a cold and don't feel 100 percent. I have been feeling a bit down... I guess getting back 2 reality is always tough... I feel at a bit of a crossroads on this journey atm and I am not sure wot 2 do next.. Maybe I am just overthinking things!

2moro, I will be 9 wks gamble free and 2day I have been reflecting on my journey and my first attempt at stopping gambling I was over 16wks gamble free b4 I had a slip and on my 2nd attempt I was over 10 wks gamble free b4 I had a slip.... So I am a bit nervous atm that I will mess up again based on b4. I need to get past 16 wks gamble free which is my own personal target!

Neway I am rambling and not sure I am even making sense tbh lol

hope you feel better soon. 9 weeks 2moro that is fantastic going and i say that your at crossroads with the journey at the moment what i would say to that is that maybe you are at crossroads at the moment but your the one who is control of your life and its time to take the straight road this time and not turn off. you got maddie and your boyfriend to keep you going in the right direction.it is good to set yourself a target which im sure you will pass with flying colours but back to the early days dont look too far forward remember one day at a time, and the slips only made you stronger this time around we all make mistakes in life it is about getting back up from them and perfecting where we went wrong.

sorry my turn to ramble, what im basically saying is

well done and keep up the great work
