Good afternoon my diary and all fellow members on this site, feeling pretty low today, work's pretty boring, weathers rubbish, funds are at an all time low. Normally a bit of roulette would pass the odd hour or so at lunctime or after work, but no longer, having paid endless thousands for a quick buzz and virtually ruined my old age pension, its time to wise up and if necessary be miserable all winter; rather have a roof over my head than be on the streets tonight due to a spinning ball in a rigged computerised game. So if anyone reads this and is feeling low, do a post, better than a spin on the road to self-destruction through a roulette ball.

Hi diary, 11 days or so without the addictive gambling bug, can I continue ? I hope so. Such a tough fight to not do something you have done on a regular basis every week for 6 years. I am beginning to re-alise how strong people such as Duncan Mac and I wished are to resist such a testing addication. I am hanging in there, your posts keep me going. Catch you on Day 12.

12 days today of winning, pushing through the negatives and turning them into positives, is something you are doing, well done, our moods and feelings change like the weather, those negative thoughts don't last long.
