As im writing this I am an empty human , a human like many of us had so much potential and ability , friends , family , laughs and happy moments that I use to enjoy. I know sit staring at this computer screen empty , lost , destoyed and down and out. No job , no family relationships , not even friends anymore there gone. I certainly dont even have a cent to my name, I just lost the last of it on a dog at 4/5 odds. It seems know the only thing thats 4/5 shot is whether I can get out of this situation im in and the hole I dug for myself that im lying in. I dont even know where to start , I walk the streets and back to bookies , unwashed , unrelaxed etc. I truly am living without a care anymore and maybe its the recklessness that destroyed me. I feel sorry for the people around me that have witnessed this titanic. Thats all for know , Day 1 begins I suppose at 11:35 am 5/10/17
Hi, gambling has done that to you, your only 20 and have everything to look forward too.
1. Stop gambling for good. You have to really want to not today because you've lost.
2. Have a good shower, forget about what's gone, it's gone.
3. Get on the phone get a job any job. Don't stop till you sort something.
4. Feel good about yourself, don't let gambling wreck your life.
5. Stay positive. Keep going and good will hapoen.
6. Stay positive. Keep pushing.
7-10 Don't gamble.

I have to stop know. Its making me so miserable. I feel a relief when I have no bets on. Cant get out of my head the money I could have had I lost tho , but its gone for good.
