Hi Carl glad your well. Thank you for your post the other day. 6 months felt great but unfortunately I've messed up - again. I'm hoping that I can stop now, call it a day, gonna be a long week. Anyway just making my way round the diaries. You've shown me some great support and its greatly appreciated. It's the reason I'm still here, still fighting and in time I'll be winning again.

Gosh rather you than me going for a run in the rain...I did think about running to the fridge for a cream cake but then remembered....you've given me fruit instead!! I surpose I should thank you for making me lose a bit of weight for the hols!
