Day 210 (30 Weeks)

Juat a quick note this website and the members are awesome, don't know where I would be without it!

Not much happening feel much better today my hangover has gone... only lasted until about lunch time yesterday. Its a lovely day outside and I am looking forward to another week gambling free.

The time since I have given up gambling has been so positive, life is so much better. The pain I caused myself over the 15+ years before I gave up is frightening..... it gets better every day.

Cheers, Jim

30 weeks is awesome Dazzler. If you lost £50 per week when you gambled you are now £1500 better off!!!

Keep it going mate
