Thanks for your post on my diary some time ago. I meant to write earlier, but had two hands in bandages and was too idle to use two fingers! All better now.

You're really steaming ahead, a veteran of the forum. 1 year and 3 months I reckon. Well done! You're always so giving and supportive too, a real inspiration.

I was not a big user of online slots, but I did play them once or twice and it was scary how quick the hit was from them. It's frightening just how much money you can lose in such a short space of time. And now, of course, £100 is such a lot of money to spend on anything, I just wonder how I could throw away the thousands I did...

Onwards and upwards!

hi Suzanne think its wonderful that you keep posting on others and also keep up your diary. Same as GT we look up to you and your positive posts but hope this doesnt pressure you! as we all need our recovery diaries for our own needs. Watched that BBC advert, it hardly touched the edge on what happens to punters who become addicted,

too much time was spent watching that Manager self promoting himself and his ever so so clean shop.

450 days into my recovery journey.

Keeping strong, with guard tightly up, as little niggles were trying to get through yesterday, dam this addiction, it won't give up, but neither will I lol, and it hates that.
