Suzanne

Well done you.

You are doing something amazing, there will be times when addiction will try to cease the opportunity to again wedge itself between you and your life, funny because it will use any emotion, happy and sad to it's end to try and tempt you back into it's arms where it will have you believe you belong.

Your resolve grows, your education never ending, you are in truth today a WINNER through your courage to face the truth.

I was gifted that truth too,I am compelled to share the wisdom it gifts

Likewise it is great to see you do the same

Be proud, most of all enjoy it

Abstain and maintain

Duncs stepping forward never back

Good evening diary

89 days and not even one single penny spent n any form of gambling

Have had a problem with posting tonight as a lot of jibberish lines appeared at the end of my post which I have managed to delete

I have lost my message too but after a late and then early shift and working all day tomorrow I will now make it short as I am shattered lol

I will not be playing tonight because I simply have no wish to

Have a peaceful positive and strong gambling free night all

Suzanne xx

I want to sincerely thank all on here for their continuing support it is really appreciated xx

Did a long post last night but it got blipped and there was a lot of jargon at the end if it and then it duplicated it took me ages to delete the posts but I got there in the end lol

Good morning diary

90 days today and I have not spent even one single penny on any form of gambling

Work again today I love this hot weather but it does drain you when working in it

_whenI was in the oblivion of gambling I thought of nothing else day and night real life issues did not enter my head So life was passing me by and I just did not see it cos I was cocooned in my selfish addiction that I could not stop

I am now back in the real world as life's ups and downs are now there to be sorted and lived (if that makes sense) Whether they be painful bad or good I am back living my life and facing the problems and issues that come my way

Abstaining 90 days has made me a stronger and wiser person who now is getting my self esteem back and I am now able to voice my opinions and Infact actually have interest in opinions now

This addiction should never be underestimated and I say again it is a self destructive addiction that can if not controlled take everything at any time

I hold my hat up to everyone on here fighting this and I wish all strength and determination to keep abstaining

On this roller coaster journey

I feel very positive today and strong today on keeping my addiction at bay and far to the back of my mind

I will not be playing today because you are far at the back of mind out of harms way

Wishing everyone a happy positive and determined gambling free day xx

Suzanne xx

Hi Suzanne, great to see you are still going strong, I am on day 93 today - in 10 days we will have both reached 100 days - not bad for two EX gamblers.
