Well done chick great post x

Please just one tip - don't swim within 48 hours of colouring your hair. I'd hate to have to congratulate you on your green hair lol chlorine does strange things to newly coloured hair!!!

Not one penny wasted is enhancing your new life & I for one love it

All is good in my world. Sometimes spent banging my head against the wall in one area of my life but happy & fulfilled in the rest.

Keeping happy but most of all safe x

Am so pleased you are in a good place mentally but remember one day at a time for you too as it's still a bumpy road in places take care and enjoyxxx

PS will colour my hair at weekend thanks xx

Good morning diary

127 days today and not even one penny spent on any form of gambling and feeling stronger and more determined to keep abstaining and maintaining one day at a time and I am doing it

Another me day today and the weather is lovely

Did 2 out of 3 things yesterday so lawns and garden calling me today but my priority is to not gamble today and why would I want to waste my me day on a hideous pastime called gambling , well I don't it's a total waste of my time money and life

To be quite honest I do not have any urges or thoughts today I am really not interested in losing anymore money that I simply don't have anyway

Onwards and forwards slowly but surely I will continue to win and it is not costing me one single penny HOW POSITIVE IS THAT

Wishing everyone a very positive and happy gambling free day

Suzanne xx

Hi Suzanne

Well done on your continuing success.

Hope your hair looks good too. I haven't had my hair cut since my colleague at work cut it ages ago. It was supposed to be shoulder length but I guess I was either shrugging or wearing 80s style shoulder pads at the time because it was cut up to my ears. Let me add that he did used to be a hairdresser. Unfortunately, he is suffering from depression at the moment so there is no way I am letting him near my hair again. It is now getting so long I have started wearing it in a plait on one side. Bit like a 'can't be arsed' Pocohontas.

Sorry I digress.

Keep on posting and being an inspiration to us all.

Elfie x

Hi Suzanne

Well done on 128 days now.

The urges do get less. I don't really have any now. I do think of gambling but only when i see an advert on tv but it only makes me think about the destruction it causes people.

Keep going you are doing amazingly well.

Thanks for all the supportive messages I really appreciate it.

Good morning diary

128 days of abstaining and maintaining and moving slowly but surely onwards and forwards to a gamble free and debt free happier and healthier future

Not sure if I will ever be debt free but I sure am determined to be gamble free

The way I feel today about gambling today is simply this, what a horrible hideous and self destructive past time it really is and even when it's beaten us it still wants more and more

I will continue to make that right choice today and that is to abstain and maintain one day at a time and WIN

Wishing everyone a positive, peaceful and safe gambling free day

Suzanne xx
