Day 17

Was surprised and glad to see that number when I logged in 🙂 thank you everyone x support and knowing others are here is always appreciated. Tired again today but generally feeling ok. Have also downloaded a new app called SAM for self managing anxiety. It's really great.

Day 18

Had a real up and down day. Just really tired and a little overwhelmed I think. + I went over credit limit today, only by £8 but still over and doesn't feel good and pay day is so close. Still no urge to gamble. But thinking about it because pay day is near. Staying strong. 1 day at a time

Thanks for dropping by and the continued support - I really hope you get through this payday 🙂 Each one that you do you will notice that finances will change (as u saw in my recent post) Glad the urges have subsided but beware they are sneaky! Keep it up xxx

Day 19

They are sneaky!! Have started to feel myself getting excited about pay day but pared with the anxiety of paying off debt and then the image of a fruity has popped in to my head more than once. Haven't thought it a good idea but that's how it starts! Got my guard up and not giving up!! I will not gamble!!

Day 21 - 3 weeks! XD

Made it this far and no urges to gamble. Pay day loans paid. One day at time.

Revision of debt:

Pay day loan £600 вњ…

Credit cards £4,250

Overdraft £1,700

Loan £2,164

Total debt - £8,714 Minus pay day loan

Total debt to date - £8,114

Aims:

*Pay pay day loan this month and not get another one!

*Pay large sum off of credit cards with settlement money £3,000

*Review budget in relation to new contract to work towards paying and eventually reducing overdraft

*Up loan repayments to £200 - should be paid back in 10 months rather than 12.

Couple of thoughts but no real urges and just deleted one pay day loan account! Woop Woop 🙂
