Day 35 - 5 weeks

Feeling good about pay day in 2 days time - not nervous and think I'm going to make it with £100 still in my pocket. Now that would be a result!! Roll on 6 weeks.

OH not well and now I think I'm at risk!! At least that's all I have to worry about ATM 🙂

Over the worst of the illness but still resting up. Much easier when not stressing about guilt, no money and feeling shameful about being a compulsive gambler! Still a non gambler 🙂

Day 42 - 6 weeks XD

Creeping up on my PB 🙂 thinking about all of the good things that are possible now that I'm a non gambler. The debt still sneaks back in to the forefront of my anxiety so will make that a discussion point in councilling today. Gambling does nothing for me.

Day 46

Checking in. Feeling rough but still gf

Tomorrow will be my PB day. From there on it'll be all new territory. Or, just like I was before I became addicted to gambling 🙂 being a non gambler makes life so much simpler!
