My Diary - Day by Day

Thanks for your words Sandra. He knows he has a problem but in denial I think at how bad it is. He had stopped for a couple of weeks and probably thought he could just have a little flutter. The problem is as always had plays until he has nothing left. It proves to me too that I can never gamble again as it's not something I can control. As much as I like to think I could someday have a go I know now the answer is that I can't. It's like an alcoholic you can't just have 1 drink. It starts the downward spiral again. Just upset as I thought he would really try now we have Paige. I know he is really angry and upset with himself too. Only he can change. I am committed to staying gamble free. Xxx

She finally went to sleep at 8.30am yesterday 🙁

Better night last night thank god.

125 days 8th June - Date Night/cinema/meal (if i can leave Paige with someone without getting upset) (x)

Kind of but there is not much i want for myself at the mo - once i lost the weight i will treat myself anyway 🙂 Looking forward to my Indian Head Massage tomorrow 🙂 Thinking of buying some LUSH products with recent reward and going to my sisters for a bath (we only have a shower) xxx
