Day 43

Fantastic xmas....thanks mum and me lad!

Too much to eat,too much to drink.........and lashings of love!

Spent last night playing trivial pursuit....drinking copious amounts of wine.....pigging out on stilton and brie! Also have a mysterious painfull bruise!!

Work has been fine.....residents are glad when I finish lol! Womble in silly hats and blowing strange blowie things!

Am pretty beat to be honest....hard trying to entertain day and night.....wouldn't have it any other way.

Still had karate today.....learnt some new moves...........Any prospective Mr.Womble had better watch out eh!

Great thing about working xmas means I get new years eve and NY day off.....o*g...What to wear??? Going to my local club where they have a brilliant band playing!

Lots of talk in peeps diaries about the "higher power" Must admit after my visit to the physic fair I have been doing quite a lot of reaserch.......I think my HP is God, have started praying a little (wellmore like chatting to him) I feel totally different in myself........For the first time in maybe 10 years...I feel content, I have accepted my addiction. I understand why I did what I did. I think I needed to accept my past and move on...which I feel I am doing. I used to feel so full of hate for the man (if you can call him that) who did so many disgusting things to me.......Hate is such a horrid emotion!

So am now gonna move on from hate.......maybe just feel pity for him. I can stand proud in my "true colours" I know he cant say the same!

So glad you had a nice christmas you deserve it so much and have worked and given so much of yourself to your recovery and this forum.

I found that “To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.” I think thats really true, we dont realise how much resentment and hate can muddy our soul and once we start to let go its so freeing.

Keep talking to the big fella sue, what ever works for you kiddo.

I hope you have a fantastic new years eve and i wish you nothing but happiness and may all your cosmic orders come true in 2013.

i don't know, i kinda like hate and maybe revenge more. lol hell kinda wanna take that hate to the crematorium. yup im going up in a blaze of glory when i die. lol have my ash sprinkled about to roam this earth and play pay back i hope. lol lol lol guess the only thing that would ruin that is if they die before me. lol lol lol

Thanks for the post , sounds like xmas was full of mayhem and busy busy just the way u like it , u sound in a really good place right now and that always makes me happy , think we av both been through a lot this year but the important thing is were still standing and getting ourselves ready for a fab new year ahead

One thinks a little toast is in order in a few days time along with a few words upstairs to look not for us next year
