7 days gamble free, cannot believe I am back on day 7. Seems ages since my last bet. This week I have had so much more time on my hands not hiding about trying to gamble my way through the day and chase my life away. My mood is so much different without a bet. I am a happy go lucky person. A bet on and I am all over the place. It’s sad. It really is. But this is what this demon does to you. My advice to anyone is never to bet cause I was that fool in the past. It won’t get a hold on me. I am a compulsive gambler and don’t know when to stop.

On day 9 gamble free. Been a busy weekend. Kept busy and watched some football. Football is so more relaxing not having a bet on it. My mood has improved now I am into being gamble free again. Betting can do horrible things to your mood. There is so many people with gambling problems an I know I am not on my own but sometimes you think no body else could be so stupid like me

On day 10 gamble free. Defo going to use the website every day as it’s a helpful tool to make you realise I am a compulsive gambler and cannot gamble in anyway. Feeling down today about my years of Lieing to myself about my gambling. It’s helpful to know I am not alone there is loads of people in the same boat we need to help each other to make sure we all bet this demon.

Day 12 GF. Plan for today. Keep busy and stay away from gambling. I am a compulsive gambler and cannot gamble in anyway. Scary reading a lot of the stories and how hard this demon is to breakdown. We must take each day as it comes and beat this demon.

Well done! I can relate, I also snuck to the toilets at work a lot. Have you registered with Gamstop? I found it far more effective than having the individual self exclusions. It’s the reason I am currently 5 months bet free 🙂

Top work silly boy, 15 days is a big achievement, over 2 weeks. My only advice, keep doing what you’re doing, keep your gaurd up and don’t get complacent. GF is the best way to live life.. keep up the good work and keep posting, it helps to keep it fresh.

31 days gamble free. Not had any real urges. I think I have noticed the better person I have become during my 31 days GF. Plan to keep busy and focus on work instead of focusing on my current bet an what my next bet if my current bet goes down or up. Which then determines how big the stakes an how low the stakes are going to be. Once a compulsive gambler always a compulsive gambler. Stay GF and stay strong folks.
