Day 31. Just for today, I am not going to gamble. There is no point starting up again. None.
I have put good blocks in place to ensure I can't gamble online. GamStop, Gamban and I've handed over financial control. But I'm always looking for more blocks because problem gamblers, of which I am one, in recovery, can be very sneaky.
Meantime I will not gamble today. Just for today, Feb 12th. Day 32.

Day 35. It's occurred to me I have no choice but not to gamble. In the strange times we're in, I need my wits about me; we all do. Yet we still have a choice. I reaffirm the fact I can't gamble by choosing not to gamble. Just for today.
