open ..honest..recovery has..any way...i will always "be on guard" against the vile addiction and continue to work hard to keep my self safe....I never ever want to be hooked back to that dark place again....take care you...stay strong....you can do this xxx

Very busy weekend in the pub...and I'm knackered ...18 hr days are a killer !. ..but hey ho...have to take the trade while I can...and it's wonderfull knowing my hard earned money won't get shoved in a slot machine....for all those of you who have struggled this weekend I hope a new week brings new beginings....keep strong forum friends....life is so much better without gambling...let it go....it won't give you a thing except heartache...x
