So today, my word for the day is zero.
As in zero number of days since gambling. Zero self pride. Zero cash to pay bills. Zero desire to gamble.

But 100% determination to quit i hope. When you feel up to it i think you should have a look back through your diary in particular posts 2 and 3 and see how you feel about them this time around. You have fallen before so maybe time to come up with a better plan to quit but at least you have come back and are trying again.

My word for today is brutal. In that life often can be, events can be and people can be.

Word for the day is tired. Tired of repeating the same pattern of gambling and messing up. No need to gamble it only succeeds in making life more difficult than it should be. I don't need it in my life.

No word yesterday. Today's word was definitely garden since I spent most of the day in it. Which brings me back to Friday being tired.

Today's word was brought by the number 7. As in a whole week without a bet.

Word for the day is progress. 12 days without gambling is not long in the overall scheme of things but feels an enormous amount when your life previously revolved around gambling

Word for the day is plan. Having a plan gives us a focus on the future. When your plan is to gamble then you have no control on any future.

Hi Weldy.

Just wanted to say well done on your 16 days g.f and I am really liking your word of the day too! I find that planning ahead really helps me to remain focussed on my goals and remaining g.f.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you OL
Word for today is rain. 24 hrs of rain seems to freshen up things outside. I probably wouldn't have noticed the rain if my mind was distracted by thoughts of gambling
