Hi everyone, hope everyone is doing well. I've been busy rebuilding my life, paying down debts and trying to sort my life out. I've now cleared my pay day loans, (apart from one, but I'm on with it 100%!) but I keep receiving emails, text offering loans with other companies and messages like £1000 in your bank within the next hour etc. This scares me, as I'm trying 100% to stay strong, but if I have a bad day it would be so easy to get back into a mess and I never ever want to be in that mess again! Is there anyway you can delete your personal details from these sites? Worst thing I ever did! Or am I best to just set up a new bank account, email and get new number etc? Thanks for taking the time to read C x

Hello Charlie good to see you still doing well. And you're working your way through the debts to boot.
Unfortunately there's a rife old business of selling customers information be it gambaling companies or payday loans. In fact most companies do sell on details if the client no longer uses their services. To be on the safe side I would either set up a new email or use the block domain section.
For future reference always have a dump email address as well as a main one. So say you need to give it to some unimportant company use the dump account and have the main account for personal and important contacts.

All the best
