A new day today and lookin forward to it off to pictures with my beautiful daughter and goin to try and endure meadowhell ! After in and out as fast as possible I am so patient but that place drives me crazy way too busy

Like many very reflective of yesterdays events , think Duncan did brilliant to highlight what was happening which could av turned into a free for all I am pretty sure many people would av not noticed if someone posted as castle and not castle2 , so felt for Flagg but I'm pretty sure on one thought a man with such respect and so much intelligence would stoop that low

For charlotte once again she has to endure someone who can't compete with all her achievements and has to try and bring her down in any way they can , in my eyes charlotte can fight and whatever is thrown at her she takes it in her stride with great dignity dusts herself down and gets back on with it , as she already knows I av so much admiration for her

For the individual it saddens me that the people can turn like that I really hope thats another side of gambling that rears its ugly head and just shows what depths it can go to , hopefully they will be reflective this mornin and do the right thing whilst getting the help they so clearly need

The positives are that everyone is ok now and the unity we showed as a group of people is a lesson to anyone who thinks they can come on and disrupt this site , no individual is greater than a family of people who care so much for each other , lessons will be learned on all fronts and as I 1st said today is a new day we move on and stride forward in our quests to all go on to live better lives

Well, rather you than me in Meadowhall, I totally agree with your MeadowHell! I hate places like that, too overcrowded, hot and sticky. Makes me wanna pass out! But the women and kids love it! Why! lolol

thank you for your post and playing tag team support with the posts on saturday even in adversity I think i got some light bulb moments which will continue to help me stay in recovery.

I can only echo the sentiments you posted on my diary you post and give so much support to people newcomers and old timers like me lol and it doesnt go un noticed and is very much appreciated.

Back at work and as much as its nice to relax its also nice to be busy again givin my brain much to think bout , I really appreciated the break and wasn't stressing bout gambling and worrying bout certain days when had a bit of time on my own , planned it all well and feel much better for it

Phoned solicitors and spoke to my new one and was really impressed very thorough in is work reassured me everything should come through for Dec 5th , downside is don't think there will be anything left over from the 1500 I paid upfront just av to accept that as previous solicitor said there would be a couple of hundred left which would av been nice for xmas but I budgeted for 1500 so can't complain really

Had a parents evening at school for my daughter and wow she is doin so well not surprised in some ways as she's always done well am surprised where she gets her brains from certainly not me I did not so well my reports were always bout been a daydreamer , certainly learnt more since I left school but not as much as I av learned over the last 3 years of my life , u can't beat life experience good or bad to help move forward in our lives

The last year I av made massive strides in the right direction and thats all by making the right choices in life and choosing not to gamble even with a a couple of slips on the way

Great last post there and so good to see the massive strides you are taking! Your daughter sounds like a wonderful person and no doubt she has inherited some of your great qualities (even though she might have got her brains from elsewhere lol!)

Back to normality this week , Work is just so busy someone gone off sick for a week and its put some immense pressure on us all everyones gettin stressed so trying to hold everyone together but we will get there we always do

Just had no time at all te myself managed to catch the end of the England game and really enjoyed it what a wonder goal by Sweden won't attempt to name the scorer lol but one of the best goals iv seen and really appreciated it would say that some peoples night it will av ruined as it was scored in injury time

Other than that all still goin really well feel very balanced and happy with it will take that for now
