I really need to start making more effort to come on here more often again. It has helped me so much and the first 40 days, I was constantly on here reading. As the time passes, the bad feelings and pain weakens but I know that can lead to a false sense of security and the "just a tenner won't hurt" scenario can start. I will be back on tomorrow reading and posting. Only 5 more days till my next target

Pay day today. Transferred money into my bills account, paid of my overdraft and still have money left over. Not loads but enough to see me through the month without going into my overdraft this time. I don't seem to be having any urges to gamble recently but that doesn't mean I will let my guard down. Iv been keeping a record of my debts and watching that number fall and my gf days rise is keeping my determination high

Only 2 more days until I reach my next target 🙂
Day 50. Not been on the last couple of days. Had some bad stuff happen at work but I'm still gamble free. Completely forgot I had hit 50 days. Suppose my next target should be 100 days so half way there

Had a nice 4 days off work. Was nice speaking to a few friends saying how far I have come and how impressed they are with how well I'm doing. Have a good bank holiday those of you who are off today.

I have been getting urges the last couple of days but I keep coming back on here to read. I'd rather fight the temptation than have to deal with all that pain again and start all over. Drove past my local GA meeting last night whilst working. Saw a few old faces stood outside. I'm off next Tuesday so think I best make the effort to attend next weeks meeting. Not been for about a year
It would be good to see you. I don't think we have met as I started going at the end of September but lots of people there you wil know we have an open meeting on the 21st for Henry 2 years and Andy 4 years. Would definitely be good to meet you.
