Here I go again, I've been back and forward to this site but still remain a gambler!! As the title explains I am so fed up now, I have no money and still 2 weeks before pay day. I spend all my money on game sites and when blocks are in place I always find a way to beat them. I spend all my time thinking about gambling too, I really want to stop for good so here goes my new start today will be Day 1 without gambling.....
I have no money to gamble with and am overdrawn with the bank, I have closed most of the gaming sites I use down last night and am goingto close down the others today.
So for today I will not gamble, going to take a day at a time xx

Well done on day 3 and not giving up on giving up
I always gambled online so one barrier for me is not to have any money left in my account after gambling debts and bills have been paid
I leave 8 in because I need 10 to deposit
My OH took my laptop off me in April it's in his locker at work I have a IPAD but no incentive to play in it in my mind it's clean if that makes sense
He has even blocked me from his comp which I am glad about because I played on that too
Use every barrier you can to help you say NO and by staying strong and determined you can do this one day at a time
There is a triangle money time location take one away and it's impossible to play
Think I cannot win because I cannot stop when you get thoughts it helps

Thanks Suzanne and scotty for your positive comments they mean a lot. Day 2 today and I have not gambled. The thoughts have come but I have quickly reminded myself I have NO money!!!
So day at a time hopefully check in tomorrow on Day 3.......
