Day 232 and i can't quite believe that its Friday again. Where is the time going? Another great reason not to waste our time and hard earned money on gambling because life is too short and precious to throw it all away in front of a machine or at a casino.
Here's to smacking this addiction in the face.

Day 233.
Got a rioja head this morning. But it was worth it.
No gambling for me today i have much better things to spend my money on.
Its my weekend with the kids so looking forward to that. My daughter is parading tomorrow with army cadets on remembrance sunday and can't wait to see her.
Also its my favourite time of year because its my birthday next Sunday and all the rugby internationals start today!
All i can say is C'MON WALES.

Got the 45 minute drive to see the kids tonight after work. Wednesday is always a long day as i won't get home until 10pm.
