Day 265.
Off to see my kids after work on the dreaded casino Wednesday.
Wednesday is the only day i ever think about gambling tbh. So it goes to show that the time location and money thing is a great tool to stop you gambling because Wednesday is the only day i have time and location but tonight i will take no money.

Day 266.
A day off the cycling today as i have done 100 miles since Sunday and i am knackered lol.
Forgot the casino ever existed last night which was good.
Getting prepared for 2 days on the lash tomorrow.
Its going to be messy lol.
