Hi Steve I have been reading through your post from the beginning you have done so well, I have only just joined my life is upside down ATM through gambling but your journey is a massive inspiration to me I'm on day 2 and struggling tbh but this is something I must do I have been gambling for so long it's such a big part of my life old habits die hard I suppose, I just hope I am as strong as you well done pal

early days its hard as i had a few relapses but if you can be strong it does get easier mate.

Yes that is some good advice thanks Steve, I have managed to get through day 2 pretty much feel really bored though I would normally be cracking on with a game of internet poker now probably chasing lost money lol

Still going strong and no time to gamble. Just too busy with cycling. My new addiction not only saves me money but keeps me fit and that cant be bad compared to a smelly bookies or a sleazy casino.
