Thanks CL, Its amazing how fast time goes when you occupy your mind with stuff other than gambling.

setting goals is a great way to keep busy. with changing jobs in sept i have had a lot to focus on because i am wrapping up a business and need to keep busy selling of my stock to get as much money as possible behind me starting my new career. its unbelievable what you can save when you dont gamble.

Funny story. I was out in the pub with my partner having a meal on friday and we bumped into a couple that she new ( but I didn't) the woman was only my gambling councillor! Didn't know where to look. Lol my partner knows I had a gambling problem but doesn't know I had counselling for it! Anyway it seems to be working. She recognised me but its all in confidence so there wasn't the need to worry. I will tell her about it when the time is right. I'm sure it will b ok.
