Can’t find my thread. Logged back in to see 15 days and what with everything going off that cheered me up. Yes I’ve had urges but few and far between as had so much to deal with with my son and family. Also a lot of bad emotions have been bought up in particular to do with my Dad. My therapy is paused until middle February as the time slot I had clashed with work a lot. At moment not great but at least gf. Hope everyone ok
