Hi Jac, a late thank you for your post on my diary some time ago. I can remember exactly where I read one of your posts. It was in my mother in laws kitchen! Trust was a huge issue at that stage. Your advice helped me to understand the length of time needed to get back to some sort of normality. In truth, it's three years down the road and I reckon we are at around 90 percent trust. It takes a long old time! Thanks again Russ

Thankyou.

Haven't been here for awhile & not sure if anyone remembers our names/diaries. If there is anyone, then a big "Hi" to every here today and from the past. Just wanted to say that we are still going strong and today it has been 10 Years since Jim had his last bet. You can get your lives back, if you truly want to. Thinking of those of you still struggling, you CAN break free of the nightmare life of compulsive gambling.

Thank you for sharing your journey Jac I have really enjoyed reading this. You deserve an awful lot of credit I've not read Jim's diary yet but fully intended to.

I hope your health has picked up.

For other new guys who have not come across this diary it is well worth a read can give us all the belief that no matter how bad things have been with the commitment we can come out the other side.
