Made it to today.. Feeling OK.. Today I go to running club and would have nipped into casino pre run. But am taking different route today so as to bypass the buildings... There are two in the same streetbut re routing is no problem. I'm not connected to online gambling or have the slightest desire to be so that's never an attraction or appeal or test for me. I have cinema and eat out at TGIF so certainly not any gaps in my day today. Making it through another day I am willing myself and so far so good budget going to plan. Taking out with me today just the spends I need and to be honest by the time midday social events are done will be little time for anything else.. Its still early days for me and every day has had its testing times.. I plan not to falter again today and if I get chance will pop into chat group tonight. I find its supportive.. Take it easy all
