Hi

That is very healthy 105 days gambling free.

Keep it up you are worth it.

Be aware of your emotional triggers, that is important.

And feeling good that is a change to hwo we use to feel about our self.

When do you class it as a success story.

Each unhealthy habit replaced with healthy habits and being productive reduces our chance of going back to the pains of our past.

By staying connected with like minded healthy people is part of the healing process.

When feeling vulnerable have a chat with some one like minded healthy person.

People who are nuturing and encouraging help you help your self.

If you have a healthy sponsor you will have a two way street sharing which is very helpful when feeling vulnerable.

Love and peace to every one
