Well I never thought I was would get to this point but today marks 6 months without placing a bet online or spinning a slot machine. I never thought I would hit this point but between gamecare/ gamban and sheer willpower I have got there. So I suppose what I'm trying say if there is no right or wrong way with this. But for me my finances and mental health have never been better.Â
