Hi to anyone who is reading this I am a compulsive gambler.
I am 43 and I have been gambling on and off since I was 12 I became fascinated by fruit machines at a very young age to begin with and then online gambling and in bookies.
I have now completed the longest time becoming gambling free which is 1 year today.
The struggle to give up was not easy to begin with to be honest,but now I feel free but will always be cautious and have my safety barriers up no bookies,fruit machines,scratch cards etc.
please for anyone struggling you can beat this addiction just let it go I have and I’m now moving in the right direction it can be done I have been to the lowest now my wife trusts me with all our finances and I feel comfortable doing that it’s about safety barriers support WILL power and honesty.
