Today I am 128 days gambling free. Feeling a lot more positive about life and just taking one day at a time.Â
I found the first month the hardest as your brain is hard wired into the habit of gambling but once you break that cycle things do become a lot easier and the days pass by without you constantly counting them.
I still have a long way to go and am not becoming complacent but I am feeling like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel in regards to beating this addiction and living a happy and content life without gambling.Â

All the best.Â
It’s day 1 for me and my first attempt to stop after things spiralled out of control. I’m feeling anxious and very emotional, but hopeful for the future, and with a lot of determination to beat this.Â
