Hi I'm new here and wondered if anyone could give me some advice. I entered into an IVA 3 years ago and sadly continued to gamble. The IVA company knew about my gambling at the start and told me to get the application through, they would say that the gambling transactions were foreign currency. I feel that they shouldn't have put me into an IVA as it clearly wasn't suitable. Can anyone give me some advice? Should I complain? Anyone had similar experiences?

If was you I would speak to Stepchange or there is a financial service service on here of you speak to the advisors on talk to someone button
