I remember back in late 00s bookies were heavly advertising their online website to their customers with free bets and few did sign up to the offers but quickly realised it was worse as u couldnt take the funds out like u could do at an actual bookie and that was that for online and many other addicts realised atleast with bookies and casino u could take the money out and they didnt fall for the online hype  they were heavly promoting it for years and none of the people were saying anything goood apart from taking the offers as they were back in bookies and casino however on here i see 90% of people who have never gamblied in venues it all online now thinking about they were trying to get people hooked online with all these free offers now looking back at it and sums i have seen people lossing it crazy to think i have never witnesses these types of losses in an actual venue and it seems like the biggest scam they could have inventedÂ
I do not agree with you on this one completely but to the certain point I do.
After gambling for over 25 years online and on venues I've seen people in bookies, casinos spending some ridiculous moneys too.
10 thousand,20 thousand pounds in bookies or casinos within 4 or 5 hours
It really doesn't make difference for gambling addict. We just can't stop until everything's gone.Only thing with online gambling is that you don't have to drive to venues, you won't be seen, you won't be that easy spotted so that attracts rich people or well of people, people with good job standings etc etc who can't afford to be seen in those places.
My gambling has spiraled over last 7 months since January quite bad.Never been in such of mess ever in last 25 years of gambling as my low stakes of £50 to £500 per accumulator sport bet was not enough anymore to give me a buzz.
I can't even think how much money I have lost in those years, how many relationships have ended because of it,how many events I missed in my life because of gambling, how much anxiety and depression gambling brought me in those years.

What's good about gambling really?
Nothing. Its same like alcohol although I couldn't spend 2000+ weekly to get drunk every day.
So then I could tell myself let's replace drinking with gambling right ?It won't cost me that much.
Hell no my father was an alcoholic and he drunk himself to death in age of 53
None of the addictions is good as we all know.
They give us sort of relief for a little while from daily stress or none related traumatic events in our life's but they won't sort the problem.
I am fed up with gambling but always come back to it once I get my hands on any sort of cash.
Â
Sick person but hopefully I will end this gambling habit once and for all from now on.
Affected by gambling?
