I wrote a while ago about my partners gambling problem but we managed to get him to just over a year gambling free!! I was so proud...
Only now he's started using the machines in Wetherspoons. Wasting £200-£300 at a time. He applied and was approved for another credit card which he didn't tell me about. And no the last year has been completely undone.
We have an 18m baby, and I didn't think we'd be back in this situation so soon.
The worst bit is, he doesn't even seem that bothered about it, the wasted money or the stress is puts on me or the fact that this could encourage him back to online gambling.
I don't even think I have a question, I just needed to write this because I can't gather my thoughts at the moment.

I am a recovering compulsive Gambler who has spent 7 years in recovery. It took me 5 years to get even too a year without a bet. I know it’s hard but the sooner you’re partner comes clean to you the better. I learned this with my partner and we just spoke as we. Have a 5 month daughter and can understand the issues at hand and pressure. I am just open and honest with her and I am the one who manages the finances and keep her updated with are financial situation.
