I started gambling 20 years i am now 39 . I got into a lot of gambling debt years ago do not want to go back I have now cleared this but i am still gambling. I started on fruit machines then this led to internet where i blew all of my money. I now admit i have a gambling problem and i need help before this spirals out of control again. I am seeing a counsellor for the first time this week so hopefully I can get help I need to stop this.
Have you barred yourself from online and local shops.. this is the first thing to do.. i believe reading books.self help and coming on likes of here will continue with your gamble free life
