Well done King. 200 days is a remarkable achievement. I completed 20 days yesterday so you're way, way ahead of me but I hope to reach that 200 mark too and then continue for the rest of my life.

Well done everybody who have went all that time without gambling don't ever break or return to this "treacherous serpent" which destroys lives without any mercy ...I hope to follow the same way..I thought I was cured because I was only gambling at very intermittent periods truth is it's "self delusion" ..U can't be halfway or quarter out ..you guys will know what I mean.. I will keep U posted on my progress as I want out of this way of life.
