Coming into Christmas I have had 3 months without a single bet or any form of gambling now I have had issues come back with the debt to ruin my chance of a mortgage and anything for me in the future found out a baby is on the way and now I'm considered a failure in the family and am without options now the only thing I can turn to seems to be gambling but I know I can allow myself to fall into this but I see no other option

What can gambling offer you Matt? It's not going to buy you a house, flash car, nappies...It will do what it always has & destroy you, leave you thinking like you do now that gambling is your only way out. It's bull! Credit ratings can be restored, don't let addiction suck you back in now! We hurt our loved ones when we gamble, you're not a failure, you just need to accept the help & support that is out there to help retrain your brain...Prove to your family that you can turn things around, prove it to yourself - ODAAT

Hi Matt, stay strong and positive and take note of the last two posts, they know what they are talking about both been gamble free for a lot longer then you and I. MInes 90 days and I'm not tempted at all because I remember how low gambling made me feel. There are ways of restoring your credit rating and gambling is not one of them. THink of the money you could save not to mention improving your health x

3 and half years later still clean, the pain and low times were so awful but the support and self belief helped me beat the addiction

For me it was the shame of people finding out
