10 years of out of control gambling on online Football and Blackjack and over 250k losses.
This has to stop, I wonder how an earth I still have a roof above my head, but somehow I have. I managed over 200 days gamble free this year before relapsing in August and blowing thousands more.
I need a clean 2026 to help make a dent into my massive debts.

Sorry to hear about your lapse. I too lapsed in August, after going more than 470 gf. Have you got all barriers in place? My main gambling was also online blackjack and horse race betting. I had Gamstop installed on my devices and had put a gambling block on my debit cards but I then managed to register with one of those “dodgy” overseas online betting sites 🙈. This is where I did more damage and lapsed.
I have since (with the help of Gamcare) been able to add the Gamban app to my phone/ipad, which prevents me from accessing all overseas betting sites 👌.
Well done for going so long. It shows that you can do this 💪. I would recommend putting every block in place if you are determined to quit this soul destroying habit 👎. Also, read as many diaries as possible/record in your own diary.

I'm sorry to hear about your relapse.
You managed 200 days which is a huge achievement so you know you can do it. Have you told anybody about the relapse? A friend/partner/family member? Coming clean and being open and honest may feel intimidating at first but could bring you a release.
If you feel you need some support to get you through this and to get back onto the right track you could talk to someone through Gamcare who will be there to support you.
Also, Have you heard of Breakeven? They offer support and counselling for both gamblers and friends/family affected by gambling which may be of help.
With regards to debt management both Gamcare and Breakeven will be able to provide information/services that will be able to help manage any debt you have.
Just remember there is support out there and you are not alone.
