Well some of you may of seen my first post.
Desperation, Anxiety, Stress and shame..
Well today I can celebrate being gamble free for 22 days! A small milestone to some but a mega achievement for me, something I haven't been for about 6 years.
I'm still awaiting my initial assessments for some services but looking forward with excitement and hope.
I can say wholeheartedly it does get better, once you see past the clouds and darkness there is light. I know there may be hiccups along the way. But for today I am grateful and gamble free.
Strength and love to everyone out there chipping away bit by bit to overcome these demons❤️
