9 days still hard checking into this site a lot but overall been making lots of steps out side of here to start my life again a fresh... Just need to keep going till this gets easier and more natural xx

Congrats on 9 days. Why have you found it hard "checking into this site? In my early days I needed this site to read and write threads several times a day. 8 months on I'm probably 3 times a day, morning, lunch break and evening. I did two GA meetings a week for my first 4 months, now I go once a week, knowing there's an extra meeting if and when required. Before things "get easier and more natural" you need to appy changes in your life that led you down the path to gambling. Sometimes I hear my own echo when I say "you can't do it alone"........ I wish someone who has would start a thread or diary on their recovery. I hope you can come back to this forum and update us on what should be double-digit days gamble free.
