If you're self excluded they shouldn't be contacting you but it's amazing how often a 'database malfunction' lets them down.

Contact them again and tell them any further contact from them will be reported to the Gambling Commission for breach of their own responsible gambling policies. Follow it up with a letter by post to their head office stating they are not to contact you by any means for any reason. Don't let them mess you around either. If they do another threat to report them to the GC should get them back in their box.

Hi liggy ,

First I would suggest changing email addresses either that or google how to block domains which would block them sending them to you , second contact Royal Mail and ask for junk mail to be removed from your service they can and do actually do this , next for your mobile download an app called call blacklist and set the settings to block unknown numbers for both call and text and that's hopefully answered your question,

All the best

Yes i will, thankyou. Unfortunatley it's not one gambling site, there is a few of them, they know i am self excluded but it doesn't seem to make much difference,i get 5to 6 letters a week and email probably 30 and 10 texts ....it's ridiculous!!!

That is the most important thing liggy.....

Agree with all the posts above...put the effort you used to put into gambling, into getting all these letters and emails blocked.
